一个朋友的公司十几个人,想用 Claude,问我从哪开始。我说从"上网"开始——他愣了:不是该先学怎么用吗?我说,你得先能打开它。 A friend's company of a dozen people wanted to use Claude and asked where to start. I said: start with network access. He paused — shouldn't we learn how to use it first? I said: first you have to be able to open it.

很多小公司卡在 AI 门外,不是因为不想用,而是没有人的职责是帮公司把这道门打开。IT 管内网稳定,指标里没有"跑通 Claude";HR 管招人;老板关心结果,但不知道门槛在哪。这道门的钥匙,散落在网上一篇篇零碎教程里,没人把它穿成一根线。

大公司有信息化团队,这不是问题。但 3–20 人的小公司,这个角色不存在。

这份指引就是那根线:五步,把一个没用过海外 AI 的小团队,带到"飞书里能直接和 AI 对话"。每一步都讲清楚:怎么做、会卡在哪、要花多少钱。不需要你懂技术,找一个愿意照步骤走的人就行。

Many small companies stay locked out of AI not because they don't want it, but because no one's job is to open that door. IT keeps the intranet stable — "get Claude working" isn't in their KPIs. HR hires people. The boss cares about results but doesn't know where the barriers are. The keys to this door are scattered across fragmented tutorials, with no one stringing them into a single line.

Big companies have IT teams — not a problem for them. But for a 3–20 person company, this role doesn't exist.

This guide is that line: five steps to take a team that's never used overseas AI all the way to "chatting with AI right inside Feishu." Each step covers: how to do it, where you'll get stuck, what it costs. No tech background needed — just one person willing to follow along.

国内企业用的 VPN(阿里云/腾讯云/华为云那种)是企业内网互联用的,打不开 Google、Claude。一个是"让你在外面也能访问公司系统",另一个是"让你能打开 Google"——只是名字都叫 VPN。这个误区让很多公司卡了好几个月。 The "VPN" Chinese companies use (from Alibaba/Tencent/Huawei Cloud) is for connecting to the corporate intranet — it can't open Google or Claude. One lets you reach company systems from outside; the other lets you open Google. They just share the name "VPN." This confusion has stalled many companies for months.

中小企业访问海外 AI,主要有三条路。大多数团队选第一条(商用团队 VPN)就对了——稳定、有人兜底、不用懂技术。后两条是"有技术底子才考虑"的省钱/进阶选项。 Small companies have three routes to reach overseas AI. Most teams should pick the first (commercial team VPN) — stable, supported, no tech needed. The other two are money-saving/advanced options only if you have technical chops.

注意定位:Tailscale 是把你的设备组成一张私有网络的"组网工具",它本身不等于翻墙代理——要访问海外,得在一台海外机器上配好出口节点(exit node)才行。个人版 6 用户内永久免费,团队版约 $8/人/月。适合团队里有人懂网络、想省钱;纯小白不建议。 Positioning: Tailscale is a "mesh networking" tool that links your devices into a private network — it is not a proxy by itself. To reach overseas, you must configure an exit node on an overseas machine. Free for up to 6 users; team plan ~$8/user/mo. Good if someone knows networking and wants to save; not for pure beginners.

买一台海外 VPS(AWS Lightsail / Linode 约 $5/月含 1TB 流量;搬瓦工普通线路约 ¥360/年)自己搭,全团队共用、IP 独享,是这三条里最便宜的。

但对没技术的团队,三个真实代价:
· "便宜"有坑:普通线路晚高峰对国内访问质量不保证;要稳定得选 CN2 GIA 优化线路(搬瓦工约 ¥1224/年)——真要稳定,其实没比商用 VPN 便宜太多。
· 要有人长期管:买服务器、装代理软件、分发配置、节点 IP 被封了自己换,得有个懂技术的人。
· 合规自担:企业自建跨境通道,责任全在自己。

结论:团队里有技术、想省钱可以走这条;要省心、要稳定,还是选方案 A。
Rent an overseas VPS (AWS Lightsail / Linode ~$5/mo with 1TB; Bandwagon basic ~¥360/yr), run your own — shared by the whole team, dedicated IP, the cheapest of the three.

But three real costs for a non-technical team:
· "Cheap" has a catch: basic routes don't guarantee China access at peak hours; for stability you need a CN2 GIA route (Bandwagon ~¥1224/yr) — so real stability isn't much cheaper than a commercial VPN.
· Someone must maintain it: buy the server, install proxy software, distribute configs, swap IPs when blocked — you need a technical person.
· Compliance is on you: a company-run cross-border channel puts the responsibility entirely on you.

Bottom line: go this route if you have tech and want to save; for peace of mind and stability, pick Option A.

Google 账号Google Account

一个普通 Gmail 就够,不必买 WorkspaceA plain Gmail is enough — no Workspace needed

注册 Claude 只需要一个免费 Gmail,每位成员用自己的 Gmail 登录即可。除非你想用公司域名邮箱(@yourcompany.com)统一管理,才需要 Google Workspace(约 $6/人/月起),否则跳过。 Signing up for Claude only needs a free Gmail; each member logs in with their own. Only if you want unified company-domain emails (@yourcompany.com) do you need Google Workspace (~$6/user/mo). Otherwise, skip it.

遇到要海外手机号?Asked for an overseas number?
国内号大多能直接过。偶尔要海外号,两条路:① 找有海外手机的朋友帮接一次短信;② 用接码平台买个临时号(见文末附录),验证完改回自己号即可。 China numbers usually work. If an overseas number is required: ① ask a friend abroad to receive one SMS; ② use an SMS-receiving service for a temporary number (see appendix), then switch back to your own.

· 免费版:先试水够用,但多人/重度用很快触顶。
· Pro($20/月,年付约 $17/月):个人正式使用。
· Team(约 $20/席/月 年付,最低 5 席)5 人以上团队的更优解——和开多个 Pro 同价,但多了统一管理后台、SSO、集中计费、默认不拿你数据训练。
· Max($100/月起):重度个人用户。
建议:先全员免费版跑三天,确认值得了,5 人以上直接上 Team,不足 5 人开 1–2 个 Pro 共享。
· Free: fine to test, but multi-user/heavy use hits limits fast.
· Pro ($20/mo, ~$17/mo annual): serious individual use.
· Team (~$20/seat/mo annual, min 5 seats): the better choice for 5+ teams — same price as multiple Pros but adds an admin console, SSO, central billing, and no training on your data by default.
· Max (from $100/mo): heavy individual users.
Tip: run free for everyone for 3 days; if it's worth it, go Team for 5+, or share 1–2 Pros for fewer.

Pro/Team 需境外信用卡。没有的话用虚拟信用卡服务(支持支付宝充值)。注册账号本身免费、不需要信用卡——别因为"听说要卡"就连免费版都不试。 Pro/Team need an overseas card. No card? Use a virtual-card service (top up via Alipay). Registration itself is free and needs no card — don't skip even the free tier just because "you heard it needs a card."

部署团队 AI 代理Deploy a Team AI Agent

🧭 先想清楚:你要哪一种?🧭 First decide: which do you want?
"团队 AI 代理"有两类,先选对方向再动手:
· A · 综合代理——想要"像真人助理一样常驻飞书、有记忆、能自动跑多步任务"。
· B · AI 应用平台——只想要"团队共用一个稳定的问答/客服/知识库机器人"。
多数小团队其实是 B;要 7×24 自动跑活才需要 A。
There are two kinds of "team AI agent" — pick the direction first:
· A · Standing agent — you want "a real-assistant-like presence in Feishu, with memory, running multi-step tasks on its own."
· B · AI app platform — you just want "a stable shared Q&A / support / knowledge-base bot."
Most small teams actually want B; only go A if you need 24/7 autonomous work.
A · 综合代理(OpenClaw / Hermes)A · Standing Agent (OpenClaw / Hermes)

OpenClaw、Hermes 是同一品类的两个开源代表(常驻、跨平台、定时自主、连飞书),挑顺手的用即可。两条现实部署路径: OpenClaw and Hermes are two open-source representatives of the same category (standing, cross-platform, scheduled, Feishu-connected). Pick whichever fits. Two realistic deployment paths:

路径 A1 · 腾讯云镜像(门槛较低,但不是"一键")Path A1 · Tencent Cloud image (lower barrier, but not "one-click")

腾讯云轻量服务器(Lighthouse)官方上架了 OpenClaw / Hermes 应用镜像,省去自己装环境。但别被"一键部署"宣传误导,实际是三步、要付两份钱:① 买一台 Lighthouse 服务器(内置镜像)② 单独买模型额度(它家 Token Plan 包月)③ 照官方"保姆级教程"配飞书机器人。小白跟着教程能做,但不是点两下就好。 Tencent Cloud Lighthouse officially offers OpenClaw / Hermes app images, sparing you the environment setup. But don't be misled by "one-click" — it's really three steps and two bills: ① buy a Lighthouse server (image built in) ② separately buy model credits (their Token Plan) ③ follow the official step-by-step guide to wire up the Feishu bot. A beginner can do it with the guide, but it's not two clicks.

路径 A2 · 便宜 VPS 跑 Docker(要懂点技术)Path A2 · Cheap VPS with Docker (some tech needed)

让团队里会一点技术的人、或让 Claude Code 帮忙,在一台便宜 VPS($5/月级)上用官方一行命令跑 Docker。可控、便宜、不被服务商加价。OpenClaw 走 npm/Docker,Hermes 有官方 install 脚本。 Have a slightly technical person (or Claude Code) run Docker on a cheap VPS (~$5/mo) with the official one-line command. Controllable, cheap, no vendor markup. OpenClaw uses npm/Docker; Hermes ships an official install script.

常驻代理有执行命令的权限,别跑在公司主力电脑上、别和敏感数据混在一台机器。单独一台服务器跑,一处失守不会全线崩。 A standing agent can execute commands. Don't run it on a main work computer or mix it with sensitive data. Use a dedicated server so one breach doesn't take down everything.
B · AI 应用平台(扣子 Coze / Dify)B · AI App Platform (Coze / Dify)

只想要"团队共用一个稳定机器人/知识库/工作流",这两个比综合代理更省心、更适合小企业,而且国内可用、不用翻墙
· 扣子 Coze 开源版(Apache 2.0,可商用):原生一键发布到飞书/微信,可视化搭工作流是国内标杆,最贴合小白团队。
· Dify 自部署:docker-compose 一条命令拉起,生态成熟、二开简单。注意 license 禁止改 logo / 对外做多租户商用——自用没问题。
两者数据都留在自己服务器,合规友好。
If you just want "a stable shared bot / knowledge base / workflow," these two are easier and better-suited for small companies than a standing agent, and they're usable in China without a VPN:
· Coze open-source (Apache 2.0, commercial-OK): native one-click publish to Feishu/WeChat; its visual workflow builder is the domestic benchmark — best fit for beginner teams.
· Dify self-hosted: one docker-compose command, mature ecosystem, easy to extend. Note its license forbids changing the logo / multi-tenant commercial resale — fine for internal use.
Both keep data on your own server — compliance-friendly.

公司现有的多半是 SSL VPN,用来远程连内网,打不开 Google/Claude。要访问海外 AI,必须用商用团队 VPN 或自建节点。这是最常见、卡得最久的误区。 Your existing one is likely an SSL VPN for reaching the intranet — it can't open Google/Claude. For overseas AI you need a commercial team VPN or a self-hosted node. This is the most common, longest-lasting misconception.
完全没人懂技术,这套能搞定吗?Nobody here is technical — can we still do this?
前三步(VPN、Google、Claude)完全不需要技术,照步骤点就行。第四步如果只走 B(Coze/Dify 一键发飞书)门槛也很低;要 A(综合代理 VPS 部署)才需要一个愿意折腾的人。先把前三步做了,团队就能用上 AI。 Steps 1–3 (VPN, Google, Claude) need no tech — just follow the clicks. 数据安全吗?公司文件能上传吗?Is data safe? Can we upload company files?
Claude 付费版默认不拿你的数据训练。敏感数据建议:① 脱敏后再传 ② 了解公司 IT 政策 ③ Coze/Dify 自部署、数据留在自己服务器,最可控。 Paid Claude doesn't train on your data by default. For sensitive data: ① de-identify first ② check IT policy ③ self-host Coze/Dify so data stays on your own server — most controllable.
工具更新这么快,现在搭了会不会很快过时?Tools change fast — will this go stale soon?
具体工具会换,但"上网→账号→主力AI→团队代理→接飞书"这五步的骨架是稳定的。换工具只是换其中一个零件,整条线照样成立。 Specific tools change, but the five-step backbone — access → account → main AI → team agent → Feishu — is stable. Swapping a tool just swaps one part; the line still holds.
